Raiders: Ravens ‘backed out’ of trade for Maxx Crosby

Baltimore Ravens have “withdrawn” from their trade agreement with las vegas raiders Five-time Pro Bowl defensive end max crosbySources told ESPN the decision was due to medical concerns that arose during the physical.

The deal, which was made Friday night, sends Crosby to the Ravens, with the Raiders receiving first-round picks in 2026 and 2027, sources told ESPN. The deal was due to become official at the start of the new league year on Wednesday.

According to sources, the attackers are meeting on Tuesday night to consider the next step. It’s unclear whether the deal can be revived in some form, but it puts the Raiders in a tough position since they’ve already given all the money to outside free agents.

Crosby released a video on social media Saturday, saying he has “zero ill will” toward the Raiders and expects to retire from the organization when the time comes. He said he is looking forward to helping the Ravens achieve their Super Bowl aspirations.
