Netflix updates its Moments feature to give users greater control over scene clipping

Netflix launched a visual-clipping feature for mobile last year, called “”Moment,“The users who allow users to save their favorite scenes from shows and films within the Netflix app. Streaming giants rolled out an update on Wednesday, allowing users to specify both a starting point and a closing point when saving a scene.

People now have the option to accommodate the end of the view, allowing them to create a clip that the longer or less they like. Previously, the users could set a starting point only when saving a view.

To use the feature, start watching a show or film, then tap anywhere on the screen and click on the “Clip” button. After saving, the clip “My Netflix” tab will be to resume later. You can also share on social media, and your followers can click on the post to move on a special scene within the Netflix app.

This update coincides with the release of Part 2 of the second season of “Wednesday”. Launching Moments updates along with the hit series, which will include Lady Gaga as a guest star, will possibly create enthusiasm for the show and encourage fans to share scenes on social media.

According to the company, members have used moments in thousands of titles.
