Judge Nina Wang reported about 30 defective quotes in a brief filed by lawyers in February. The defects were from failing to include basic court information for the quotes of cases that are not present.

He was also asked if he was briefly investigated with a brief.
“Your honor, I did not personally investigate it. I am responsible for this, it is not being investigated,” Kachoroff told the court, according to the ruling.
Wang said he did not expand the sanctions to the defendants in the case – which would include Mike Lindel – as Kachoroff said he did not tell his customers that he was using AI equipment in his work.

On May 9, 2021, Lindel attacked the voting machine companies and then said Komar was a traitor. In another statement, on 6 April, 2022, Lindel accused Komar of being “part of the biggest crime ever” on Komar.
The jury cleaned the Lindel to discredit Komar eight times eight times for the statements made by themselves and others who appeared on their online media platforms.
