Representative Seth Moulton (D-Mass.) has recently come under congressional scrutiny for banning his staff from trading on prediction markets. “Effective today, Congressman Moulton is creating an office-wide policy that prohibits his congressional staff from participating in prediction market platforms like PolyMarket and Kalashi,” Moulton’s press office said in a post on the social platform.
