According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, christopher ford — a veteran Hollywood security guard — says he attended a lunch in Corrales, New Mexico after shooting Season 3 of “The Cleaning Lady” in March or April 2024 — and the mothers of both boys were present.
Ford claims that when discussing whether or not her children would return to the show, her mother became angry and said that she would “take Timothy Busfield” and “get his ass” if her children were not brought back the next season. Ford confirmed that he personally heard the comment and claimed that the comment was made before any formal complaint of inappropriate conduct was filed with the authorities.
Police say Busfield replaced the two boys who had auditioned with a younger boy.
Additionally, Ford says that his parents were always present whenever his children were working… and says that he noticed that the father would often encourage him to hug people on set, including Busfield, in front of others.
Ford also says that he never saw Busfield alone with the children, adding that there was “no real opportunity” for personal contact because other people were always visible or within earshot. Ford further stated that all interactions between Busfield and the child actors took place in open areas of the set, surrounded by the cast, crew, and parents.

According to court documents filed Monday, both child actors accused Busfield of initially touching them inappropriately told the police exactly the opposite In audio recording of police interview in November 2024.
Prosecutors say the boys disclosed the alleged abuse only after undergoing therapy sessions in September 2025 — with one of the boys reporting that Busfield, his counselor, had touched his penis and bottom.
Busfield has denied all charges and is currently being held without bond. His legal team says passed an independent lie detector test Warner Bros.’s internal investigation into the allegations and claims found no evidence of misconduct.
