The Democratic Party’s liberal-derivative group only produces bad news. Democratic leadership, people of reps. Hakim Jeffrees (DN.Y.) and Sen Chak Shumar (DN.Y.), naturally moderate, culturally progressive, and the best on economic populism – meaning that they do not love the leftist at all. And it turns out that the unique combination of beliefs is quite unpopular with the base of the Democratic party.
Do not take my word for this: even as a liberal as a mainstream, MSNBC host, which Scarborough has seen that the Samajwadi-Front Left Progressist Party has more liberal voices in the Socialist-eternal Left Progressive Party. You know how it came out.
Again, this time, the Democratic leadership continuously stated that anyone should not give challenge, debate, or the opportunity to the primary voters who should not give any other option. After highlighting Biden’s weaknesses, the party chose Kamla Harris … and she lost.
Do you see the problem? Democratic elite does not just understand their voters. It is now true that not everyone who is part of the Democratic base wants economic populistism, or socialism … but the part which is associated with cultural progressivism seems shrinking every day.
If you want to defeat a sanders or mamdani, you have to do better than Clinton or Cumo. And as far as New York Mayorl Primary is there, it should have been clear. The failures of Kuoomo were even more pronounced than Hillary Clinton or Kamala Harris. In recent memory, Cumo resigned from his office after a sexual misconduct scam and a corruption scam related to a Kovid death.
Democratic elements are probably correct to concern about the general election of candidates such as Okasio-Cortease and Mamdani, who have previously considered crime and foreign policy and gender and all other issues and have put them on peak left fringes on other issues, despite their relatively attractive personality and policy platforms on other issues. But politics is much more than policy.
The so-called moderates of the Democratic Party are thwarting a very basic possibility test, and the final beneficiary of his shortsite is the 2028 Republican candidate-Vice President JD Vance.
