California MPs responded to the approval of a ballot measure for voters in November to allow them to re -prepare their state map and possibly give five additional seats to the Democrats to neutralize the benefits made in Texas.
But Republican has more avenues to try to take seats through mid -decade redistribution in states such as Missouri. Ohio and other Republican -led state seats like Ohio and Florida can see to connect, while Democrat opportunities are probably limited to states such as Maryland.
