Miami Linebacker Amaryus Hayes Three people have been accused of killing three cases of killing vehicles with serious physical injuries and a count of careless driving after an investigation into the May 1 accident.
Hayes surrendered to the police in his hometown Largo, Florida on Friday morning, said the officials, and the records suggest that they were booked in Pinellus County Jail before bonding a few hours later. It was not immediately clear whether he retained a lawyer.
Miami said Hayes “in response to the allegations” “all athletic department’s athletic related activities have been suspended indefinitely”. The storm rejected further comments.
Police said three people had died, who had crashed in Largo on the afternoon of May 10-a 78-year-old woman, as well as two children who were 10 and 4 years old-all were in the soul, who collided with a dodge durango operated by Hayes, the police said at that time.
The children were excluded from the vehicle, the police said, and the investigators later found that Hayes “was offered aggressively through traffic shortly before the accident.” Police said that at the time of the accident, he was driving at a speed of 78.9 mph in an area of 40 mph.
Another passenger from Kia was admitted to the hospital with serious injuries.
“The investigation concluded that Adrian Hes’s egoistic speed, aggressive and careless lane changes, and complete disregard for the surrounding traffic situation performed a willful and deliberate disregard for the safety of others, formed careless driving. These tasks created tragic deaths of the three victims directly,” Largo police said in a statement.
Kia, police said, “When Hayes’ vehicle” did a rapid and dangerous maneuver and crashed into the car, the law was executing “legally a left -handed turn”.
Hayes played 12 matches as a new person for Miami in the previous season, mostly on special teams. She was a four -star recruitment coming out of Largo High School.
Largo is about 20 miles east of Tampa and about 15 miles north of St. Petersburg on Gulf Coast in Florida.
