French President Emmanuel Macron summoned President Trump on the blocked roads in New York City on Monday, and eventually had to walk through the city for half an hour to reach his destination.
Macron and other French officials were trying to cross the road, but it was reported that the region was closed due to the VIP motorcycle.
Macron told the police officers that they were accompanied by 10 people and wanted to go to the French Embassy. The French President was in the United Nations, where he formally announced in the first day that France would be Identify Independent status of Palestine.
The police officer said, “I am sorry, Mr. President, I am really sorry. It’s just that everything is still frozen. A motorcycle is coming now, so,” the police officer said, “according to a video recorded by Reuters.
“If you don’t see it, then cross me,” Macron told the police officer. “I interact with you.”
“How are you?” Macron said that as soon as Trump brought him into line. “What do you think? I am waiting on the road because everything is frozen for you!”
Later during the call, Macron told Trump that he would “love” to discuss the “position in Gaza” with the President and Qatar.
