LeBron James announces new Halloween children’s book

With the announcement Thursday of her latest children’s book, “Happy Spooky Halloween,” Lebron James Has once again put on his writerly hat.

The 32-page picture book featuring illustrations by Ariel Landi is about “teamwork and Halloween adventures.” It is set to be released on July 21 by publisher HarperCollins.

That said, the plot centers around a main character named Zara and her friend “big kids” attending a Halloween party at the fictional Hickory Elementary. HarperCollins description,

James has previously published three children’s books: “I Promise” in 2020, “We Are Family” in 2023, and “I’m More Than That” in 2024. “I Promise” became a No. 1 New York Times bestseller.
