Josh Shapiro (D-Pa.) and Spencer Cox (R-Utah) urged the country to “act with moral clarity” and “put down our swords” as both men warned of increasing political violence across the country. Cox pleaded, “We – a Republican and a Democrat, a Mormon, a Jew – we need you now more than ever.”
