Kamala Harris says 'guardrails' on Trump 'have failed'

Former Vice President Harris said Thursday that no checks and balances have worked to stop President Trump.

“The issue is that for the most part the guardrails have failed,” Harris said. “Except one, who is the people and power of God.”

“So right now, in this moment, if the Supreme Court is not a guardrail… from a legal standpoint, what is that guardrail that you see?” Harris continued. “Just people.”
