The judge of Utah, who oversees the criminal case against the accused of Charlie Kirk, on Monday insisted that he is considered innocent until he is guilty.
Judge Tony Graf said on Monday that 22 -year -old Tyler Robinson has the right to estimate until each element of the allegations prove beyond a proper doubt, “he vowers to protect the constitutional rights of the defendant at every stage before this court.”
“I must be clear: I will not put my finger on the scale of justice,” the judge said. “This action will be open to the public, will be conducted according to the law and will be handled with hard work and ability to ensure that justice is never compromised.”
The graph said that he would fulfill his duties with “loyalty, transparency and fairness” and urged both Utah prosecutors and defense counsel to do so.
“Whatever is watching, whether it is a nation or a single person, we should fulfill our roles with integrity, citizenship and hard work,” he told the lawyers. “I encourage each of you to give my best in this matter. Nor is the people of Shri Robinson or Utah are nothing less than the fair and fair administration of justice.”
The judge’s comment came at the end of a brief procentive hearing, where Robinson’s newly appointed lawyer indicated that rescue is not intended to waive an initial hearing, on which the state should convince the judge to convince the judge that there is sufficient evidence to proceed for the trial against Robinson.

Other cases include discharge of a gun hooliganism, leading to severe physical injuries, interruptions in justice, witness molestation and commission of a violent crime in the presence of a child.
