A federal judge on Tuesday restored two Democratic appointments in the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), which President Trump To set fire,

Built in 1970, NCUA has been tasked to regulate and insure credit unions. It plays a similar role for Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, which insures banks.
The members of the NCUA board once served the President’s joy. But within a few years, the Congress removed the language and provided that they should serve the conditions of six years, not with more than two of the three members coming from the same political party.
In April, Trump asked two Democrats, Todd Harper and Tanya Otsuka to fire, without clarification. Harper and Oatsuka soon filed a case.
