House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) on Thursday welcomed Kristi Noem’s removal from the helm of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), but warned that the leadership change will not soften Democrats’ demands for reforms at the agency. “Personnel changes are not enough. We need policy changes,” Jeffries told reporters.
