There aren’t a lot of liberties in a sport as chaotic as college football, but the upcoming rivalry week with a wide range of trolls was probably as convincing a bet as you’ll find this week.
By tradition, the final week of the college football regular season features a number of local and long-distance rivalries alike, with the winner awarded the trophy and bragging rights. An additional – even if minor – benefit of claiming a rivalry week win? Ability to troll your opponent on social media later.
Take iowa For example.
The Hawkeyes swept their rivals in the West, nebraskaon Friday, and got a simple but timely jab when ready. In keeping with the Black Friday game-day theme, Iowa posted a photo of a receipt sandwiched between a Hawkeyes football helmet and the Heroes Trophy, with the text “The trophy is not moving – again” just above Iowa head coach Kirk Ferentz’s signature. The Hawkeyes have now won three in a row and 10 of the last 11 in the rivalry on the gridiron.

However, Iowa wasn’t the only team with jokes this week. Here are all the top trolls in the college football world heading into Week 14.

air forceTheir offense was spectacular in the Falcons’ key rivalry win Colorado StatePosting 420 total yards and scoring at least one touchdown in every quarter to pull away from the Rams. The conference realignment played a central role in Air Force trolling its rivals, with a pair of suitcases placed on either side of a meme next to a Pac-12 road sign titled “Sent ’em packing.” Colorado State will officially join the Pac-12 in 2026.

for the second consecutive year navy Will finish its regular season with at least nine wins, dispatching memphis In the Thanksgiving matchup. The Midshipmen held the Tigers scoreless after trailing 17-14 in the second half with two rushing touchdowns. Alex Texa And Blake Horvath Made the difference for Navy in the final 30 minutes.

The Falcons and Minutemen aren’t exactly traditional rivals — their Tuesday meeting was the first time the two schools faced off on the gridiron in a decade — but bowling Green Sure to give their opponents a tough breather after their midweek win.
