Houston – injured Houston Astros Josh Hader, close to the all-star, said that he expects to pitch again in 2025, even if it means just in the postson.
The header will not throw the left capsule on Friday for three weeks after diagnosing the shoulder stress. He will fill the time with relaxing and strengthening exercises and will be revalved to see if he can resume a throwing program.
“We will see how my body is cured and how it is taking back on rehab,” said the header. “Now for me, I am trying to be as strong as possible for these next three weeks and see where I go from there.”
Once he is able to throw again, the header said that he would need an additional ramp-up period of about three weeks to pitch the sports, which will probably rule him out of the remaining session. However, the six-time all-star hoped to return to Postsen for Astros, leading the American League West on Saturday with a half game above Seattle.
“Obviously, I would prefer to be a part of a playoff push, but in reality, I am thinking of longevity,” said Harder. “If I can get these three weeks, I can be healthy and start going in a direction where I can start throwing, yes I will definitely be optimistic.”
Hader was first placed in the injured list in his nine -year career on Monday when he felt something in his shoulder, which he did not feel before throwing in training.
“When I threw the signs of caution and wanted to keep a deep and such an eye on what was really going,” the header said.
In its second year with Astro, the header is 6 -foot -2, which has 2.05 ERA and this season ranks fifth with 28 saves in 48 performances.
