ICE detains man, 30, inside California surgery center in heated confrontation

,Ktla) – An American Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation became hot earlier this week inside a California Medical Clinic as the employee came to protect an unspecified person seeking shelter inside the facility.

After 30-year-old Dennis Guilan-Complete and two other landscapes, Tuesday’s incident came inside the Ontario Advanced Surgery Center, working outside the building, he was targeted by federal immigration officers in masks and bulletproof waste.

Xavier Hernendez, who is with the inland alliance for immigrant justice, said the agents never identified themselves.

“They originally start running only then,” they explained. ,[Solis] Then ran inside the clinic where he was working to take refuge. ,

In a video of stressful confrontation, employees in the scrub can be heard and agents may be asked to leave, that they were torturing personal property without any warrant and needed to take a hand from a 30 -year -old child.

Two agents, one on both sides of a gate in the clinic, covered the face of both, trying to detain Solis as he was clinging to the doorway frame, crying, crying, crying strictly while crying.

Hernandez told KTLA’s Carlos Sudo that the staff of the clinic were asking agents to present a badge or a warrant, but they never did so.

This is not the first time federal immigration agents have been seen to identify themselves or use an physical aggressive strategy since the enforcement of enforcement in La County in early June.

On June 29, several agents were seen struggling with a man in Santa Ana in the middle of the road. One of the federal officials repeatedly hit him with a batonThe incident took place at a distance of less than two miles, from where another landowner, Three active-duty Marine’s father, was killed several times Before being detained. In that example, the Homeland Security Department (DHS) officials claimed that the man attacked the authorities with a weed trimmer.

In a statement to KTLA about Tuesday’s incident at the surgery center, DHS Assistant Secretary Trisia McLaglin said:

“ICE officials launched a targeted enforcement campaign to arrest two illegal aliens. Officers in clearly marked ice bulletproof veselis contacted illegal foreign goals as they exited a vehicle. One of the illegal aliens, Dennis Guilan-Kois who survived Hondurus, where they said that they had the History Sling.

It is not clear that any staff member at the Ontario Advanced Surgery Center will face federal allegations.

Hernandez told the KTLA that the clinic staff had closed the door before the arrival of two other agents, and when the agents realized that the door was closed, they tried to break the door.

“It’s really scary,” said Hernandez. “We are looking over an overlapping by the federal government. Every day we are watching them trying to try a new strategy and if we are not pushing back, then we are not fighting back, what we are seeing is the end of our democracy.”

For Solis, whose family has organized Goofandme To help the cost of legal fees, he is being held in the city at the Federal Detention Center.
