Harry Dunn, the former Capitol Police officer who became a household name after the 2021 Capitol attack, is running in his second House bid in Maryland, launching his campaign for the seat of retiring Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD). “One loss doesn’t stop me from wanting to fight and serve,” Dunn told The Hill.
