Grammar created its reputation when it was a tool for spelling, grammar and writing suggestions in English. The company is now expanding the scope of these features to support five more languages: Spanish, French, Portuguese, German and Italian.
The company said that it would now suggest paragraph-level rewriting for tone, style and flow for new languages. Users writing in one of these five languages, as well as English, will also be able to translate. Text in-line in 19 languagesMultilingual writing feature is available to all free and paid users.
“Our customers are asking for multilingual support, and we are meeting them where they are, not only 500,000 apps and websites, where grammar already works, but also in the languages that they think, learn and communicate,” Grammarli Anthem said in a statement.
