Google launched a new Jernling app, which was named The pixel journal at its Pixel 10 Launch EventWhich comes after about two years Apple introduced its Journal app in 2023 with the arrival of iOS 17.
Google said its pixel users use on-device AI models to indicate users to fill the journal entries. The app may also suggest writing signs based on memories, previous entries or your goals.
In addition, you can add photos, location and activities to a journal entry besides logging your mood.
The company said that the Journal app will learn about your pattern based on your writing habits and will provide you with different insight – such as when you usually write your entries, the longest entry by Word Count in a month or a week, and the number of entries in a month or a week or a week.
It was noted that you can also lock your Journal app to prevent others from reaching your entries.
While the app is available only for Pixel 10 series devices, Google can release it for old pixel phones in the future.
