Orlando, Fla. ,WFLA) – Florida’s Attorney General James Uthameyer on Monday announced a new equipment to “combat violent extremism” at a news conference in Orlando on Monday.
Uthmeier joined the statewide prosecutor Brad Macway, Education Commissioner Anastasios Kamoutus and Valensia College Board members Michael Saso for the announcement.
The Uthmeier stated that the portal will be used by Floridian “to report or hear anything, which is a call for violence, or there is a risk of violence against other individuals.” They can remain anonymous and submit screenshots, videos and “other evidence of dangers of violent extremism”.
