Bellaire, Florida — Caitlin Clark Returning to action – on the golf course, not the basketball court.
Clark, whose second season in the WNBA ended early due to multiple injuries, will return to the LPGA Tour next month to play in the Pro-Am at The Anika.
“I had an amazing time at The Anika last November and competed in the Pro-Am with Nelly Korda and Anika Sorenstam, two of the best in the sport,” said Clark.
The Pro-Am is Nov. 12 at Pelican Golf Club and is open to the public. Clark, who had just finished her first season in the WNBA and was the Rookie of the Year, brought big crowds and big buzz last year.
Annika is the final tournament on the LPGA schedule. Clark has a corporate relationship with major sponsor Gainbridge Insurance.
