Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) on Tuesday morning pushed back against U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro’s comments in which she threatened to jail people who carry firearms in the nation’s capital. “Just because an American visits DC does not take away Second Amendment rights,” DeSantis wrote on the social platform X.
