Oi Oleva, the district of Columbia’s shadow representative, will not seek reunion in 2026 after five years in office.

In his statement, announcing his decision not to search for reunion, Ovoleva highlighted some of his achievements in the Congress, such as providing free legal services to the people of Washington, helping local businesses and providing easy access to DC children to science.
