Henderson, Nev. — less than 24 hours later las vegas raiders agreed to trade max crosby till Baltimore RavensThe All-Pro edge rusher said he has “zero ill will” toward the organization and hopes to retire as a Raider when the time comes.
“I felt like I left everything on the table for this team,” Crosby said in the 13-minute video, which he published on his social media accounts. “I gave my heart and soul. I feel like I let you all down. From day one, I wanted to be a winner with the Raiders.”
On Friday, Crosby’s time with the Raiders ended after seven seasons and 110 games played when Las Vegas sent him to Baltimore in exchange for the 14th pick in April’s draft and a first-round pick in 2027, sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The deal will not be made official until the start of the new league year on Wednesday.
Crosby said the moments leading up to the decision were a “whirlwind”.
Crosby said, “Never thought I’d be in this position. I never thought I’d go anywhere else. …I didn’t plan for things to happen the way they did, but things happen for a reason.”
Crosby said that Raiders general manager John Spytek was “wonderful” during the entire process.

He also thanked owner Mark Davis, minority owner Tom Brady and the rest of the Raiders’ ownership group.
“I want [the Raiders] To have all the success in the world,” Crosby said. “…My intentions were pure from the beginning. I know many people have had questions and concerns, especially over the past few weeks and months. I have decided to stay quiet because there is a lot of noise and after all, I am a football player.
“…I’ve learned from my mistakes in the past of getting too involved.”
Crosby said that his blood flows Silver and Black, and also said that he is a “Raider for life”.
Crosby didn’t want to make any big predictions about how his time with Baltimore would go. But he is eager to help the Ravens achieve their Super Bowl aspirations.
Crosby said he has already talked to Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta and head coach Jesse Minter.
“I know there’s no guarantees,” Crosby said. But I’m going to give everything I have, my heart and soul, to bring Baltimore a championship. No more words are needed for that.
“…I’m so excited. I can’t wait to get out on the town and meet everyone.”
