Senator Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) said Sunday that any new leadership in Venezuela would be required to “meet our demands” following the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. “When the president said the United States is going to run Venezuela, that means Venezuela’s new leaders need to meet our demands,” Cotton explained.
