Commanders unveil alternate uniforms for 2025-26 season

Washington Commander Owner Josh Harris It became clear on many occasions: he wanted to embrace the franchise’s past.

A team source said last week that Washington did not decide whether it would try to create these permanent jerseys at some point in future. The team will have to submit a permanent change in the league for approval a year ago. Teams can change their looks every five years – Washington did this in 2022 – but a ownership change offers a discount (Harris bought the team in 2023).

The alternative form begins with a helmet and with two white stripes -a gold strip returns below the range by a gold facemask. He dug the first stripes after the 2021 season. The new W logo will be on both sides of the helmet.
