Los Angeles – The chargers pre signed commanders Center tyler biadasThe team made the announcement on Friday.
Biadasz will replace Bradley Bozeman, the Chargers’ starting center for the past two seasons. Bozeman retired in February.
In Biadas, the Chargers add a player to the interior offensive line that could look completely different next season. In addition to Bozeman’s retirement, left guard zion johnson Ready to become a free agent and bring a lucrative deal to the market. Los Angeles releases right guard Mekhi Becton Earlier this week.
Biadas was graded higher than Bozeman in both pass block win rate and run block win rate last season. Bozeman finished 30th in the PBWR, while Biadas finished 15th. In RBWR, Bozeman ranks 18th, while Biadas is 16th.
Biadasz, 28, started 31 games over the past two seasons for Washington, but the team opted to release him in late February as part of a cost-cutting move.
He signed a three-year deal with $20.7 million guaranteed as part of general manager Adam Peters’ first free agent class in Washington two years ago.
