“He’s got the mobility [and] It’s exciting,” said Broncos coach Sean Payton, who left Empower Field at Mile High after a media availability to check on Bryant and his family at the hospital.
“He was moving his arms and legs.”
Bryant is also being evaluated for concussion symptoms, sources told ESPN.
A member of Bryant’s family also was taken to the hospital by ambulance after suffering a medical problem in a stadium elevator after Sunday’s game, sources said.

Brown was not penalized in the game, with referee Shawn Hochuli ruling that the contact was not to Bryant’s “head and neck area”.
“You never want to see anybody in that situation, and I feel responsible because I threw it,” Nicks said. “You can say it’s part of the game, but you never want to see it. [I] I really pray that he is okay and that he can get back there as soon as possible. … It was a tough situation.”
Bryant, a third-round pick in April’s NFL Draft, had five receptions for 42 yards before opting out. On the season, he has 27 receptions for 347 yards and one touchdown.
“Obviously very scary,” Broncos said Mike McGlinchey Said.
Broncos added wide receiver Courtland Sutton: “You never want to see one of your brothers fall.
“That guy plays with the best effort, the best character for a young guy. He’s a great guy and you’d hate to see him with an injury. Keep him in our prayers that he’ll be OK.”
The Broncos (12-3) will play kansas city chiefs (6-9) Christmas Night at Arrowhead Stadium.
