Iglesias, a 35-year-old right-hander, signed a four-year, $58 million contract that paid him $16 million in each of the last three seasons.

Braves general manager Alex Anthopoulos said that Dubon can play in the infield and outfield, and his role will be determined by what other moves the team makes this offseason. Anthopoulos said the Braves could still pursue the shortstop.
Anthopoulos said of Dubon, “I told him I don’t know yet what your role will be, but the fact that we have access to him playing everywhere… he’s a good actor.”
Allen, 27, is eligible for arbitration for the first time and can become a free agent after the 2029 season.
The 35-year-old Iglesias reached free agency after a slightly poor season for the Braves, in which his ERA increased to 3.21 after posting a 1.95 ERA in 2024. But after an uneven start he put in a strong performance. After posting a 4.42 ERA in 39 games in the first half, he recorded a 1.76 ERA in the second half and was successful in his final 18 save opportunities after July 28.
