Boston Celtics unveil ‘Gold Standard’ City Edition uniforms

Boston Celtics Celebrating his winning culture with his 2025-26 city version uniform.

Boston introduced its “Gold Standard” uniform on Wednesday evening, dedicated to the “timeless tradition of victory” of Celtics.

The uniform has a white base pronounced with gold, with the number and “Boston” also depicted with a gold switch, which the franchise has represented the success seen in its entire history.

Trimming on jersey’s names and numbers is mentioned in black, so that Jersey does not allow the first uniform in the history of the franchise.

The sign of the Red Orback, just above the jock tag, is the former head coach of Celtics for the 16 season (1950–66). During his time as a head coach, Auerbach led Boston to the nine NBA Championships, including a historic run of eight consecutive titles from 1959 to 1966. He held a 795-397 regular-season record and 90-58 Postsen Record with Boston.
