Backstreet Boy wants it his way in court case against Florida sheriff's office

Walton County, Fla. ,WMBB) – Backstruat Boy Brian Literael has filed a court order against the Walton County Sheriff Office in Florida, claiming that the authorities have failed to prevent the public from using Literail’s private beach property.

Littlel’s lawyer filed a petition for Mandamas’s writ against the Sheriff Office on June 19, alleging that the Law Enforcement Agency refused to fulfill its duty to implement Literail’s personal property rights. The documents refer to the property of the Literail as “BLB Beach Hut, LLC”.

Literail’s assets extend from State Road 30A to average high water line. The documents described several attempts by the Literail to remove the beach cow gour, including excluding the “no overcharging” signals. The documents stated that the efforts were reportedly in vain, because “many excesses regularly, every day, have prescribed the Literail family to protest, threaten and disturb the Literail family, while committing the BLB beach.”

In response, BLB hired security and presented a notice to warn the duties of Sheriff, the trespass, and the over -assets after prosecuting the overseas on the property. The standard operating process for “Tharm on Gulf Front Property” is public policy, and it can be found on Walton County Sheriff Office Website.

The documents presented by Literail’s lawyer expanded several alleged incidents on May 4 and June 5, including the Literail and the over -faced exhibitors. The documents say that on June 5, the personnel of Literail made three phone calls to the Sheriff Department, and no deputy responded.

Nexstar’s WMB reached Walton County Sheriff’s office to comment. Officials say they cannot comment on pending litigation or legal tasks.

A clash between beachgoers and littrels can also be seen in the Tiktok video posted in April 2023. In the video, Bryan’s wife Leighanne Littrell can be seen arguing on the high water line of the property and telling a group of people that they are trespassing.
