He will still be on hard wood, but instead of playing professionally, he will be in coaching high school basketball. According to his wife Ayesha, this could have been a possibility.
On “Call Hiz Daddy” Podcast, Ayesha admitted that she did not know that Stephen would become an NBA star: “I didn’t know that he was going to play basketball. He said he wanted to become a high school basketball coach.”
Ayesha, 36, also explained how her relationship was quickly affected by becoming a famous couple.
She confessed that she was “hating” in the early stages of her relationship with Stephen.
Couple met in 2003 and started dating in 2009 before getting married in July 2011, four years ago Golden State Warriors Won his first NBA title in 2015. They have four children together.
He also told Podcast Host Alex Cooper that he advised Stephen to stay in school instead of entering the 2009 NBA draft, where he was selected number 7 by Warriors. However, Ayesha said that she was happy that she left Davidson to declare for drafts.
