Appeals court tosses 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed plea deal

A federal appeal court panel on Friday Thrown out A argument agreement that allowed Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to be guilty of avoiding federal death sentence, on charges of leading 9/11 attacks.

The deal, which was interacted in two years, must have given Mohammed and two co-operatives life without parole.

In August, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin abolished the agreement and re -established the charge of death penalty.
