The results of two SEC contests led to a reshuffle at the top of the rankings. South Carolina Gamecocks – which lost to then-No. 16 oklahoma sooners on Thursday but bounced back to defeat the Commodores on Sunday – dropping one spot to No. 3. The Sooners moved up six spots to No. 10.
Georgia Lady Bulldogs Then came into the ranking by beating no. 11 kentucky wildcatsWhich dropped seven places. This gives the SEC a record 10 teams in the top 25.
