President Trump’s executive order was formally converted into the War Department, with some enthusiasm from the right on Friday, but on a large scale, there was a matter of concern about skepticism and standing cost from former officials.
Trump implicated Rebrand as a sign of American strength that would send a message of “victory” to America’s colleagues and opponents equally.
